Prior to founding Two Chicks Tax Company, both Olivia and Jessica worked within CPA firm environments, accumulating more than seven years of combined professional experience in tax preparation, compliance, and accounting. That background gives the firm a level of technical depth that sets it apart from general tax preparation chains.

Two Chicks Tax Company serves individuals, families, sole proprietors, S-Corporations, partnerships, and clients with international income. The firm is also one of the few providers in the Pine Belt region with direct experience preparing Foreign Earned Income Exclusion (Form 2555) and Foreign Tax Credit (Form 1116) filings.

Olivia Cannon is a co-founder of Two Chicks Tax Company, LLC and serves as a primary tax preparer for the firm's individual and business clients in Wayne County, Mississippi. Olivia brings several years of professional tax preparation experience from her background in CPA firm environments prior to founding Two Chicks Tax Company in June 2022.

Olivia holds the IRS Annual Filing Season Record of Completion (AFSP), a voluntary credential awarded by the Internal Revenue Service to tax preparers who complete a minimum number of continuing education hours each year, including a federal tax law refresher course and a comprehension test. She is actively working toward Enrolled Agent (EA) certification, the highest credential the IRS awards to tax professionals.

Jessica Conner is a co-founder of Two Chicks Tax Company, LLC and works alongside Olivia to deliver professional tax preparation services to individuals and businesses throughout Waynesboro and Wayne County, Mississippi. Jessica's professional history in CPA firm settings gave her a strong foundation in tax compliance, return preparation, and client service before she co-launched the firm in June 2022.

Like Olivia, Jessica holds the IRS Annual Filing Season Record of Completion (AFSP) and is pursuing Enrolled Agent (EA) certification. Together, the two founders bring a combined seven-plus years of prior CPA firm experience to every client engagement at Two Chicks Tax Company.

The IRS Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP) is a voluntary recognition program for non-credentialed tax return preparers. Preparers who complete the required continuing education hours — including federal tax law, tax law updates, and ethics — receive an Annual Filing Season Program Record of Completion from the IRS and are included in the IRS public directory of tax return preparers. Both Olivia Cannon and Jessica Conner hold the AFSP credential.
